30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Dust bags and authenticity cards must be included.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@bagladyboutique.com with your order number
2. We will respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and prepaid shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at the designated carrier

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items without original packaging and accessories

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund at no cost.
